Alterations

Esteem Lingerie has the ability to custom alter bras and other lingerie. Whether it be a back take in on a bra (you would hem your pants if they were too long, wouldn't you?) to custom rebuilds, nursing bra conversions to underwire replacements, our custom bra maker is up to tackle any challange! Charges for custom alterations are based on $35 per hour with a minimum charge of $15. For a quote please contact the store directly.

Layaway

Esteem Lingerie understands that good bras are an investment and sometimes we need a little bit of flexibilty. Our convenient layaway program allows you the flexibility to pay for your garment(s) over 6 weeks.

*Something to consider: You can put any amount you like on a gift certificate. Come in each week, every other week or whenever you like to put additional money on it. Pennies turn in to dollars and before you know it, you can afford anything you like just because of careful planning!

Exchanges and Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, returned garments must not have been worn and must have the original tags attached. Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase and will be subject to Manager approval. Returns will be exchanged or a store credit will be issued. No Cash Refunds.

Sale priced items, panties, briefs, foundation wear, and yellow tagged lingerie are  FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
