Subject to Manager’s approval and with 15 days of purchase, an exchange will be considered in the case of:

Manufacturer defect in the product
Incorrect fitting by an Esteem Lingerie professional fitter. The product must have original sales tags still attached and must NOT have been worn.

RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE EXCHANGED FOR AN ALTERNATE ITEM OR A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED
